March 2, 2015

Ok well as you can see we stayed together! Yay!!!!!!!!!

Ok I don´t have my notes today so I´m just going to answer all of the questions Mom sent me. Soooo number one.

Today for PDay we came to the temple in down town Madrid to drop off Elder Williams at the temple cause he´s finishing off his mission and we wanted to see him off. So we came down, I saw Elder Fausett, and a bunch of other missionaries that I know who are also going home and I was able to say goodbye to them. Then after that we played basketball and soccer for a good time. Elder Williams is chillin with us right now cause they have the day free too. So we´ve been taking advantage of it. We went out to eat, and we´re just enjoying the last good chill PDay we have together before he goes home.

Which brings me to another topic. Are you guys still picking me up? If so I´d like to make some plans and if not, I would still like to make some plans so that I can visit some of my recent converts and see some people from my old areas.

This past week has been pretty crazy. We´ve been really busy and that´s been nice. That Paraguayan girl that we´re teaching has a baptismal date to get baptized this Saturday. We think her mom will let her but we need to just make sure, then have the interview and then prepare everything for the baptismal service. We´re super excited for her and she´s really excited too!

The Zone Training turned out pretty well. A bunch of missionaries told us that they really liked it. I loved preparing it and we´re still the Zone Leaders this transfer and so we´re still going to prepare this next few trainings and I´m really excited to do it again.

There are a lot of people here who are super prepared for the gospel. We found a Cuban lady and her daughter in law who are really excited and who both came to church and loved all of it! Then we got into contact with a couple who we lost contact with who are also from Paraguay and they are super prepared! The work here is blowing up and we´re loving every minute we can spend seeing the fruits of our labor and the Lord´s hand in everything that´s done.

Thanks for all of the support. I´m doing well, we get a long and we´re stoked for another six weeks together. :)

Love,
Elder Hawks
